All payments made through our platform are processed in real-time and are final once completed. As we act as a bill payment facilitator, we do not offer refunds for successful transactions.
In the event of a duplicate payment or an error caused by our system, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review your request and issue a refund if the error is verified.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
